Beautifully decorated common spaces throughout the hotel.
I stayed in a typically small room with minimal space for my luggage. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable during hotter hours. I also found the breakfast offerings to be very basic and not reflective of a five-star establishment.

The historic building offers an authentic experience with stunning Moorish architecture and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness made the stay special, as they went out of their way to ensure comfort. However, accessing the location proved challenging due to narrow pedestrian streets, and the air conditioning in the room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was a standout, featuring extraordinary Moroccan pastries and served on the terrace with beautiful views.
